A Bar/Bat Mitzvah is a very special day for the celebrant, their family, and the Temple community they live in. When I photograph a Bar/Bat I work to capture the meaning, energy, joy, and Faith that surrounds the celebration. From the ceremony to the party, dancing, candids, speeches, candle-lighting, reading from the Torah, family groupings, portraits, and all the details in between, I work to unobtrusively capture the most memorable moments.
